This workshop approaches stress from a holistic perspective, applying the insights of traditional Chinese medicine. We take time to see the deeper meaning of stress, and understand how it really works in our bodies. This workshop not only provides valuable knowledge, but also equips you with practical tools you can use to learn to regulate your body yourself. It is a unique opportunity to understand stress on a deeper level while learning concrete skills to deal with it. After this workshop, you will better understand your body's signals and be able to do something about them directly yourself.
