With 30 years of experience as a general practitioner and a deep commitment to personal growth, I’ve come to understand that the root of many complaints lies in the complexity of being human—in our relationship with ourselves and our environment. Our lifestyle, culture, achievement-oriented society, family of origin, unprocessed (often unconscious) experiences, beliefs, survival patterns, and even transgenerational processes all significantly influence our well-being—physically, mentally, emotionally, professionally, and relationally.
My passion is to go beyond treating symptoms or suppressing them. Instead, I guide individuals in their journey toward greater self-awareness, personal transformation, and healing. Together, we create a safe space to explore the various facets of our human experience that influence our well-being. This process helps us learn new ways of relating to our past, ourselves, and others.
I enjoy working with individuals and groups, supporting them on their journey to a more conscious, free, empowered, and healthy life.
