In four warm and profound group meetings Els and Inge guide you in a safe small group of people.

We work on physical relaxation, emotional healing,

mental clarity and regaining perspective.

All in a setting of safety, openness and connection.

Openness, trust and compassion are at the core of the approach to these group sessions.

We go, step by step, in depth and this happens entirely at your own pace. In this safe environment you get the space to connect with yourself and others.

Els works as an integrative physician and likes to look beyond the symptoms alone. She guides individuals and groups in consciousness growth, personal transformation and healing towards a more conscious, free, empowered and healthier life.

 

Inge works as an integrative Psychotherapist with her warm, thorough and integrative approach she supports individuals in healing, personal growth and coping processes. So that they are healthier, happier and more resilient in life.

​​​​​1st Evening: The Body and Nervous System
We descend into our bodies with our breathing and the basics of Polyvagal Theory. You will learn to recognize and regulate stress and discover the power of gratitude as a daily reset.

​

 

2nd Evening: Feeling Emotions
What are emotions really? How do you recognize them in your body and how do you really let them in? In this session you learn to feel emotions and release them, so that they do not linger as tension.

​

 

3rd evening: Thoughts and Beliefs
How do you talk to yourself? We explore how thoughts feed stress and practice ways to soften, restructure and reverse them.


4th Evening: Perspective and Growth
We will conclude by creating a new inner view. You will choose a focus that nourishes, supports and guides your path forward.
