My Story
-
As a clinical psychologist, I work from an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) perspective: paying attention to what is present in the moment, learning to relate to thoughts and emotions, and making choices that align with personal values. It is about consciously discovering what truly matters and taking steps, one by one, in line with those values, even when it feels challenging or uncomfortable.
I combine this approach with body-based and attention-focused methods such as breathwork, mindfulness, Yin Yoga Therapy, and sound healing. Through the connection between body and mind, space is created to release tension, experience emotions, and be more present in the moment.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is a form of relaxation in which you are immersed in the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls. Everything in our body consists of vibration and sound, and prolonged stress or imbalance can cause the body to hold tension and disrupt its natural harmony. During a sound healing session, the sounds help to reduce stress and restlessness, release built-up tension, promote sleep and relaxation, increase body awareness, and support a deeper sense of balance and connection with yourself.
Yin Yoga Therapy
Yin Yoga Therapy is a body-oriented form of therapy in which Yin Yoga postures are combined with breathing and mindfulness. The aim is to create space in the body, release tension, and be present with what is alive within. This form of therapy can support chronic tension or tightness, fatigue or recovery after illness, stress, burnout or inner unrest, and learning to feel and acknowledge emotions.
