"You are what you eat. What would YOU like to be?”
Nutrition has a significant impact on our well-being, both physically and mentally. A healthy and balanced diet has been proven to help improve our overall health and well-being.
Physically, a healthy diet can contribute to a healthy weight, healthy blood pressure and reduced risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. A healthy diet can also contribute to better digestion, more energy and better sleep quality. On a mental level, nutrition can also play an important role in our well-being. For instance, there is a link between our diet and our mood.

In short, a healthy and balanced diet can help improve both our physical and mental health and our overall well-being.
Sofie works from the relationship with food rather than a traditional diet. Instead of focusing exclusively on calories, macro- and micronutrients and strict dietary rules, this approach focuses on the behavioural aspects of nutrition.
Working from the relationship with food, it often recognises that our relationship with food is complex and influenced by our emotions, thoughts and experiences.
