My Story

-

In the course of your life, thousands of impressions arrive. You gradually learn to adapt to your environment, the expectations of others. To belong, you copy beliefs and behaviour. This can later be experienced as ballast and manifest itself in physical or mental complaints.

The BodyTalk System is a gentle way to detect and release accumulated stress and tension on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Would you like to know what your body is telling you?

Suffering from physical and/or mental complaints?

Take the step to (re)find and be your own original strong self.

Sing your own song like a nightingale, free as a bird....

Through BodyTalk, an Ayurvedic massage or Inner Child therapy.

Together we look at what may be the best solution for you.

The BodyTalk System is a holistic, safe, non-invasive energetic method. It supports the body in balancing its systems at all levels of body, mind and (sub)consciousness, thus promoting well-being and health.

BodyTalk has a positive effect on:

  • self-development, personal growth

  • accelerate recovery from illness and (sports) injuries

  • stress, tension and burn-out

  • depression, anxiety and emotional challenges

  • sleep disorders and fatigue

  • headaches, back pain, chronic pain

  • digestion

  • strengthening of the immune system

  • viral and bacterial infections

  • overall performance: work, school and sport

  • support and speeding up physiotherapist or psychologist pathways

Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the health system of the ancient Indian Vedic civilisation and is the oldest health system in the world.

Thousands of years ago, massages were done in India to detoxify, relax and balance the mind, emotions and body.

Ayurvedic massage is done with lots of hot oil and is an intense relaxation experience.Apart from the body, the hands, feet, head and face also get plenty of attention.Sesame oil, almond oil or coconut oil are used; natural beneficial oils that nourish the body and strengthen the nervous system.

An ayurvedic massage has numerous benefits for your body & mental health:

  • calms the nervous system

  • activates the lymphatic system and blood circulation

  • strengthens the immune system

  • combats stress, fatigue and insomnia

  • reduces physical pains

  • beneficial in case of burn-out

  • helps with digestive complaints

About me.

Ten years ago, BodyTalk came my way.

After 3 sessions, I was so enthusiastic about the results that I decided to become a BodyTalker myself. BodyTalk had helped me get rid of a very annoying chronic Achilles tendon inflammation and I finally did what I had wanted to do for a long time: SING! in a classical choir and I took lessons to learn to play the flute. The best hobbies I can imagine. Hence "Sing your own Song".

In the meantime, I have completed the various modules, but also other courses that are very easy to integrate into the basic protocol. My approach is to acquire as broad a spectrum of tools and knowledge as possible and to train my intuition, with which I use a broad holistic view to help unravel the story that is unconsciously hidden in the client.

This allows stress to be released, blockages cleared and the natural

self-healing capacity.

An improved balance between body and mind.

Improved well-being.

I am a certified BodyTalk practitioner in Brussels and Borsbeek and am a member of 'International BodyTalk Association' and 'BodyTalk Netherlands and Belgium'.

Besides studying BodyTalk Fundamentals, I also followed the modules below:

  • BodyTalk Access

  • Matrix Dynamics

  • Macro Cosmic Body Mind

  • Principles of Consciousness

  • The Soul's Journey and the 3 Brains

  • Bio Dynamics
