My Story

I believe in lifelong learning, continual growth and the quest to know and embody our true natures. As an Integrative Therapist I use a variety of tools with the goal and focus on bringing consciousness and a new perspective to your life and relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, and my approach is an integral one that considers the whole person - body, mind and spirit.
While some may come for a one-time constellation or counseling astrology session, others come for a process of healing and reconciliation. Working like this, my approach is client focused and body-oriented. I am especially interested and believe in the somatic approach to therapy, for we know now that it is the body that holds trauma within; therefore, trauma is healed and released through the body too. Somatic therapy works by tapping into mind-body communication and the purpose is to connect the two again. It can then be possible to heal the mind through the body and/or to heal the body by way of the mind. By working with a body-awareness approach, it is an invitation to reclaim your physical, mental, emotional and energetic presence.
The journey to self is the most important journey of all. It leads to peace, fulfilment, and authenticity. My work is for you to find and connect with these elements, because from there the connection to Life has been made.
