Breathwork

Breathwork is a conscious way of breathing that restores the natural connection between body and mind. Our breath is one of the most fundamental sources of energy: 80% of our energy comes from oxygen, and our breath influences how we think, feel and live our lives, but many people have lost touch with their breath due to stress and shallow breathing. The goal of breathwork is to feel this connection again, release tension and create more space in the body, which can contribute to relaxation, emotional processing and inner balance.

In a breathwork session, you work with different breathing techniques under the guidance of a coach. In addition to experiencing deep relaxation, breathwork can help reduce stress, decrease anxiety, improve sleep and energy levels, and become more aware of patterns in the body and emotions. By actively opening and deepening your breathing, you support both physical and mental well-being and gain tools to experience more resilience in your daily life.
