At Healing Stories, we believe in the power of groups and community.
Growth and healing are often experienced as individual processes, yet within a group a supportive and strengthening field emerges. Being in connection with others can deepen and accelerate personal processes for everyone involved.
As many of our wounds arise in relationship to others, meaningful change and healing often unfold through connection as well.
From this perspective, Healing Stories offers a connecting platform, both in-person and online.
Within a group setting, we create a safe space to slow down, reflect, and grow, supported by recognition, shared experiences, and collective exploration.

Our group offerings are open to both current clients of the practice and to those who are not (yet) engaged in individual therapy.

Online Healing Circle

Every two weeks, we host an online gathering focused on a specific theme.
During these sessions, we share valuable information and insights, practical exercises, and guided meditations to support well-being on a physical, mental, emotional, and relational level. There is ample space to ask questions and exchange experiences, allowing you to learn, practice, and grow in connection with others.
The Online Healing Circle is accessible and welcoming to everyone, whether or not you are already a client of our practice. It offers added value on your journey, helping you feel connected to a supportive community.

Our Healing Day is a one-day retreat where we come together to slow down, relax, and work on balance across all levels—mental, physical, and emotional. Each edition focuses on a specific theme, which guides the day’s exercises, reflections, and activities.
During the Healing Day, there is space to share in a way that feels right for you, without obligations or expectations. We work with a combination of body-centered exercises, meditations, rituals, group reflections, and practical tools designed to help you connect with yourself and others.
This day offers an opportunity to slow down, gain new insights, and experience yourself safely and supported within a group of like-minded individuals. It is a moment of restoration, inspiration, and deepening on your journey of self-realization.
