Sound healing is a form of deep relaxation in which you are immersed in the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls. The human body is essentially composed of rhythm and vibration. When stress, fatigue, or imbalance persists over time, tension can accumulate and disturb this natural harmony.
During a session, you rest comfortably while the soft, harmonious tones of the singing bowls fill the space. These vibrations have a calming effect on the mind and a soothing influence on the body: muscles begin to release, breathing naturally slows and deepens, and the nervous system is gently guided into a state of rest. Many people experience a profound sense of relaxation or a meditative state in which thoughts quiet down, allowing space for restoration and renewed energy.
