Kinderen die naar school gaan

 Brussel School

Education demands a great deal: attention, care, pedagogical sharpness, and empathy, often combined with responsibilities in private life. This can lead to tension, fatigue, and periods in which maintaining a healthy balance becomes challenging.

The sessions were highly valuable, creating a safe and caring atmosphere with space to share without judgment. I notice that I recognize stress more quickly, act more consciously, and am more present in the moment, both at school and beyond. As a result, I am increasingly able to remain gentle and grounded, even when everything around me is in constant motion.
