Grief Circle

Being open to what is alive, in a place where grief is welcome.

This circle offers you a safe environment, where you are heard and seen, created by our group strength.

Have you seen a friendship change? Are you touched by what is happening in the world?

Have you lost an animal (person or animal)? Is a dream falling apart? Are you experiencing a particular loss?

Have you lost parts of yourself? Is there a change in your life that you have mixed feelings about

have? Are you experiencing a fear or an anger that you find difficult to place?

Then this grief circle may mean something to you. Here you are welcome with everything that is going on inside you. There

space is made for feelings, away from your busy daily life. In different ways

you are invited to approach, acknowledge, embrace and share these feelings.

In an atmosphere of serenity, self-care, reverence and open-hearted listening, you are welcome to connect with

yourself and the group. Experience the relief and support that comes from this.
