A Bit About Me
Do you sometimes feel sadness that you cannot put into words?

Sometimes we carry more than we realise—grief, loss, loneliness, old pain. Not always visible, but always felt.
In our society, there is often little room for grief. We are told to keep going, to be strong, to stay positive. Meanwhile, our hearts keep whispering: “I need time. I want to feel. I don’t want to be alone right now.”
What if grief isn’t something that simply “goes away,” but something that wants to be felt—and in being felt, becomes healing?
This workshop is an invitation to create space for grief together—in all its forms. Not to fix or solve, but to meet, to share, and to honor.

What is Grief Tending?
Grief tending is the conscious practice of making space for what lives in our hearts—in connection with ourselves and with others. To carry it together, gently and without judgment, in a container of rest and belonging.
During a grief tending gathering, we step out of the everyday. We slow down. We listen. We share—through words, through silence, through breath, laughter, and tears. Not only to express sorrow, but to remember that grief is not something we have to carry alone.

You are welcome—just as you are.
Even if you feel your grief is “not big enough.”
Even if you are simply curious.
You do not have to do this alone.
