
My Story
Silvia is a trauma informed breath and body therapist and somatic therapist. Her work supports people in understanding how trauma and unprocessed emotions are held in the body and working to release it. Through breathwork, bodywork, and somatic coaching, she helps clients safely access, feel, and process emotions that the body holds onto. Her approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in nervous system regulation, supporting clients to release what no longer serves them and to feel more resourced, regulated, and empowered in their healing process.
What she offers:
- Body Therapy
An integrative approach that combines bodywork, body psychotherapy, somatic practices, movement, breathwork, and energy work. It focuses on accessing and releasing the physical imprint of trauma and challenging emotional experiences, which can become “trapped” in the body over time.
- Breath Therapy
A trauma-informed practice that uses rhythmic, conscious breathing to access deeper layers of the body and psyche. It supports nervous system regulation, the release of emotional and physical blockages, and the processing of repressed emotions, allowing you to reconnect with your inner self and expand your awareness.
- Somatic Coaching
A somatic approach to life coaching that works with the wisdom of the body as much as the mind. It recognizes that lasting transformation cannot come only from mental willpower. Instead, it helps you tune into your body’s signals, nervous system patterns, and inner truth. It draws from Somatic Experiencing, the Hakomi Method, Gestalt Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support deep, embodied transformation

- Embodied Foundations Session
The Embodied Foundations session is a trauma-informed, gentle entry point into somatic and breath-based work. The priority of this session is to support nervous system regulation and to begin exploring the body and breath in a slow-pace, resourced, and contained way.
Through breath awareness, gentle breathwork, movement, and somatic inquiry, clients are supported to connect with their internal state, build body awareness, and develop greater capacity for self-regulation. This session offers space to explore what is present in the body without intensity. These sessions are an ideal way to prepare for full-length breathwork or bodywork sessions and are particularly recommended for clients with low energy levels, high stress, or those who benefit from a gradual and supportive approach.
